How to Make a Reservation
If you want to make a reservation, you have the following options:

Should you require a specific quotation for long stays (a maximum of 3 consecutive months) or intermittent stays, please contact us by phone or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will reply as soon as possible.
The fixed prices are per apartment and per night (bed linen and towels are included).
Payments will always be made in euros.
Electricity, water and gas expenses are included in the rate, except for stays longer than one month (in this case, these will be charged according to usage, based on previous meter readings).
In order to confirm and guarantee your reservation made by phone or via e-mail, you will be asked to provide the number of a valid credit card and its expiration date. In addition, you will be charged 30% of the total amount of the booking.
Your credit card details will be taken as security.
Only cancellations communicated via e-mail will be accepted.
Date changes to a confirmed reservation will be subject to the availability of the requested apartment.
If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival date, you will be charged 30% of the booking cost. If you cancel or modify your reservation later than this deadline or you do not arrive, you will be charged 70% of the booking cost. You may be charged 30% of the booking cost at any time after making your reservation. You will be charged 40% of the booking cost at least 7 days before your arrival. You will pay the rest of the booking when you check in.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:30.
In case of checking in after the times indicated, a €20 surcharge will be applied.
Check-in later than 24:00 is not possible.
In case of checking out after the time indicated, an extra day will be charged as a penalty. This does not entitle the users to extend their stay, so they will still have to leave the apartment on the agreed date.
We have no reception desk at our apartments, so please let us know your estimated time of arrival in order to guarantee a proper check-in.
The client (the person whose name was used when making the reservation) is responsible for the correct use of the apartment and all the electrical appliances and household goods in it. In case of a breakdown or damage to property caused by misuse, the client will pay for the necessary repairs with the credit card which was used to make the reservation.
Two set of keys will be provided per apartment. In the event of losing a set of keys, an extra €25 fee will be charged.
Furthermore, the client undertakes to use the apartment according to the existing rules of public order. Any activities which may cause trouble to the guests in the rest of apartments or the neighbours are totally forbidden.
The number of people sleeping in the apartment shall never exceed the number of guests included on the reservation. Casa do Medio reserves the right to take legal measures in the event of non-compliance.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms in our apartments.
Animals are not allowed.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these rules, Casa do Medio reserves the right to request the guests to leave the apartment immediately. In this case, they will not be entitled to claim any compensation or refund of the payments made for any of the terms described above.
